Please note that subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours of the subscription end date, at the current rate for the product's duration.

Users have the ability to disable automatic renewal through their Account Settings. However, please be aware that active subscriptions cannot be canceled during their active period.

Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. If a subscription includes a free trial period, any unused portion of that trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased. To avoid being charged, any subscription cancellation must be done 24 hours before the end of the trial period through the subscription settings on your iTunes account.

In order to protect your issues in case of a lost device and to conveniently browse purchases on multiple platforms, users can register for or log in to a pocketmags account within the app. Existing pocketmags users can easily retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

For optimal performance, we recommend launching the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area to ensure all issue data is retrieved. If you encounter difficulties with loading the app beyond the splash page after installing or updating it, simply delete and reinstall the app from the App Store.
